11月9日，2022亚太电协（东亚及西太平洋电力工业协会）CEO会议在海南海口举行。会议以“绿色低碳，电亮未来”为主题，旨在加强亚太地区和全球能源行业合作交流。
在会议上，来自各个领域的代表就在全球气候变化的背景下，如何解决能源发展问题，持续加强能源国际合作，推动能源绿色低碳转型，实现能源可持续发展进行了深入交流。
亚太电协主席、国家电网公司董事长辛保安：“要加强绿色能源开发利用合作。发挥各成员技术、资金、管理优势，加大可再生能源开发利用，积极倡导绿色消费，协同推进降碳、减污、扩绿、增长，为推动全球碳中和提供区域性的解决方案。要加强能源设施互联互通合作。促进各方能源规划对接和政策衔接，以电网为载体加速基础设施互联互通，利用时区差、季节差、电价差，扩大跨境电力联网规模，推动能源电力生产、配置、贸易国际化。”
亚太地区在能源生产和消费方面增长迅速，在未来将是全球能源和电力的主要市场。目前，亚太地区80%能源和电力领域依靠化石能源。在未来，我们需要进一步推动能源转型，加快跨境和跨地区能源互联，从而实现能源领域的碳中和目标。

The 2022 AESIEAP or the Association of the Electricity Supply Industry of East Asia and Western Pacific CEO conference was held in Haikou,Hainan province, on November 9th. The conference advocates the theme “Low Carbon Energy Powering A Green Future” ,it aims to promote communication with Asia Pacific and global energy industries.
At the meeting, representatives from various fields discussed how to solve problems of energy development and continuously promote international cooperation in order to achieve green, low carbon and sustainable development, in the context of global climate change.
Xin Bao’an, President of AESIEAP and Chairman of State Grid.“We need to strengthen cooperation in the development and utilization of green energy. Leverages of technological, financial and managerial advantages of all member states.Also we should use renewable energy as much as we can.Actively advocates green consumption and gently promote carbon reduction, pollution reduction, green expansion and economic growth,so as to provide regional solutions for global carbon neutrality. We need to strengthen cooperation on energy facility connectivity.We should promote the alignment of energy plans and policies of various parties,accelerate infrastructure connectivity through the power grid, and take advantages of differences in time zones, seasons and electricity prices，to expand cross-border power grids.so as to promote the internationalization of energy and power production distribution and trade."
The Asia Pacific region was strong growth in energy production and consumption, it’s a major market for global energy and power development in the future.Currently, 80% of the energy and power sector in the Asia Pacific regions rely on fossil fuels. In the future, we need to further improve energy transformation, accelerate cross-border, and trans-regional energy connectivity, to achieve the Net-zero emission in the power sector.
